Order Format
Please state the following information in your email order:
1. Name of the item
2. Item Code number
3. Size
4. Quantity
5. Email address (if different)
6. Recipient Name, Contact Number and Mailing address.
7. Mode of Delivery: Normal or Registered
Mode of Payment
We currently only accept payment via POSB/DBS ATM transfer / iBanking.
Account details will be provided upon confirmed order.
Payment is to be made within 2 working days after an order has been received, or the order will be deemed as cancelled.
After payment is made please notify us through email with the following information:
1. Payment amount
2. Transaction reference number
3. Date of transaction
Item will be mailed to recipient within 3 working days upon receiving the correct amount.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellation or refunds are not allowed after payment has been received.
Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
Mode of Delivery
All items are delivered through Singapore Post within Singapore only.
Free shipping charges for normal posting.
Item sent via registered mail will be provided upon request with an additional fee of S$2.24.
All items will be carefully inspected again for quality assurance before packing and delivery.
Please be noted that we cannot be responsible for any potential damage or missing item incurred by Singapore Post.
